Can a unix user id authenticate to my win2000 domain kdc's. All I really
need is authentication. I do not need any privilages or rights into AD
domain.
Basicly I would like to have AD window clients ssh to a unix platform and
enter thier AD userid and pw. I would then like to divert the ssh
authentication to my AD kdc to authenticate. Authentication for ssh is all
that is needed, no other rights or privilages are need. I hope to maintain a
single password and have it maintained and controled in AD. I do not wish to
setup a kdc in unix and config interoperability with MS.
I am aware of using radius however I am wondering if a simpler solution of
pointing ssh directly at a MS kdc is possible in this case.
Any pointer would greatly help.
