Uninstalling Windows ME Operating System

I recently installed XP on my PC. When I purchased my PC, ME was the
operating system. When installing XP, I selected FAT32. I now have both
operating systems on my D drive. I have a low amount of disk space on D now.
I don't use ME at all, so I would like to uninstall. I don't know how I can
do so. Can one of you experts assist?

Greatly Appreciated,

You best bet - clean install of Windows XP.

You obviously did NOT perform an upgrade install.
If we tell you to remove certain files - which would be shooting in the
dark - we could render your system inoperable.

Two operating systems on the same partition is a disaster waiting to happen.
The best thing you could do at this point is reinstall XP cleanly from
scratch.
