Windows XP Uninstalling second operating system

hi guys.
i hav got windows 98 se on one drive and xp sp2 on other. i wanted to remove xp.but i dont know how to remove xp from the boot menu.please help me out guys.

my boot.ini file of 98 looks like this:
[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=C:\
[operating systems]
C:\="Microsoft Windows"
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect /NoExecute=OptIn

Please guys someone help me out.
