when i uninstall antivirus program it ask something like: "given file is
shared components.. may be use by another program.. do you want uninstall
it?" - absolute senseless notes, not clear. Should i remove this file or
not? why not create accurately coded program which capable determine can
the given component uninstalled safely, if not, unregister it, etc..

thanks

Hi

Some programs share certain files - especially .dll files. If a program
uninstallation removes such a .dll file, you may find that another program
that uses that same file won't run any more.

Contact the vendor of the program you are trying to uninstall to ask why.

Not a Windows issue, this is the sole responsibility of the software
braintrust who write the code to be user friendly. What AV program are you
uninstalling? Symantec's AV is notorious for it's uninstall difficulty, but
they do supply removal tools on their web site as do most other AV vendors.
Check the AV vendors for solutions to AV problems, as they are the ones
that developed the application that runs on Windows and are the responsible
party to contact when a problem arises. This is also who you should contact
when a Windows update breaks your software application. The vendor is the
contact to fix specific 3rd party software even when a Microsoft update is
responsible for the break in the software.
