Uninstalling professional contact manager in Outlook2003

I wish to uninstall business contact manager rendering Outook2003 unstable.
Any advice ? I had a message to perform KB913707 but this did not solve the
problem...

Can't remove BCM once it's installed - can you ?!
Read between the lines of all the posted messages : to my understanding,
BCM simply does not work yet - on a user-friendly and stable basis at least -
BCM should be reworded as beta and have such warnings from Microsoft.
