Uninstalling IE6

I would like to uninstall IE6 and reinstall it as I am having a problem that
I can't seem to resolve (when I open a new window it doesn't do that but
uses the same window I've been working in. No one has been able to help me
with this problem.)

How can and uninstall and reinstall IE6 on a WinXP machine?

Launch Internet Explorer and from the Toolbar select:
Tools > Internet Options > Advanced. Scroll down to
"Reuse windows for launching shortcuts", uncheck the
box next to it, then click on Apply.
