uninstalled Vista then accidentally installed

"upgrade your windows vista experience" disc instead of Vista one. Now I
can't get to my operating system. When I insert the Vista disc to install it
says that I will lose files if I continue. I have photos and stuff that I
don't want to lose but I can't get to them or else I would just continue.
My question is Is there away for me to get to my photos, desktop or my
computer?

Hi,

How did you uninstall Vista? There is no such option.

You can always pull the drive and slave it in another machine to cherry pick
the data from it.
