Hi all,

I have been using a program called QuadWeb for years now without any
problems. The program is used for downloading parts of websites
automatically. I installed it on my new Vista Ultimate PC, then decided to
move it back to an older XP Pro PC that I have. I uninstalled it from the
Vista Machine and re-installed it on to my old XP Pro machine.

The problem I am having is even thou it is showing as uninstalled on the
Vista machine I can still see all the folders and files using an image
viewer "SBJ Image Viewer". Yet when I go to "C:\program files" folder using
Windows Explorer, the folder and files are not there (hidden). I uninstalled
the program from MS "Program and Features" program without any errors. I
also have "Shoee hidden files and folders" selected. I also have an
up-to-date AV software and the latest Vista updates.

How do I totally remove these hidden folder and files or is this a bug.

Can anyone out there help?
Colin

many many many programs left garbage after uninstall, if you are sure about
the program being uninstalled (the uninstall process fully run, it doesnt
appear anymore in add/remove programs), then simply delete the folder, being
in "program files" it will ask for elevation, allow it and done
