Uninstall file missing

Using XP Pro.

Trying to UNINSTALL the SOFTWARE for my T45 printer.

Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs does not work because
the actuall uninstall file is missing.
I searched the computer --- the file is truely missing.

I tried to uninstall from the HP T45 Program
Files 'Uninstall' program... again... it would not
unistall the files because there is no uninstall file to
work with.

The NEW setup and install files for the printer will NOT
install as long as there is the old files still present.

HOW CAN I remove that software fully?
