unexpected error

I am running XP SP2. I have downloaded and installed HP software suite for
photosmart 3110. When I try to open Phgotosmart Premier or document reader I
get the following message; The program has encountered an unexpected error.
Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.! Allthe basic
software for the device operates without problems so I am assuming that this
is an o/s error. Can someone please help?

1. Assuming an OS error makes no sense, given your scenario. You should ask
in a HP forum.

2. If you wish to also pursue this issue in a Microsoft public discussion
group, you should do so in a group for Windows XP. Here's how to find an
appropriate group.

As you appear to be using a web interface, visit this page:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/

In the tree on the left, open English, then open Windows. In the
Windows subcategory, find and open the subcategory for Windows XP, and
find a group there for your post.
