Undo Dual Boot of 98 SE & XP Pro

I have 3 hard drives, with physical drives C, D & F, with E being a logical partition on same drive with C. C is 98 SE boot drive. C,D & E all are formatted FAT 32. Drive F is XP Pro boot drive and is formtted NTFS. The original purpose for this dual boot configuration was to support hardware that did not XP drivers. I've now replaced that hardware and would like to upgrade C to XP Pro, then uninstall XP from F.

First question: Do I need a second licence, since I will temporarily have XP installed twice?

Second question: Will I loose any data from F when I uninstall XP?

Third question: Can I convert C, D & E to NTFS without reformatting?

Thanks for any suggestions!

***no 2nd license required****
Second question: Will I loose any data from F when I uninstall XP?
***ONLY way to get it off is to format the drive..all data will be lost****

**** I used BootitNg from Terrabyte to convert without loss of data.Download
the 30 day trial version.
your experience may vary.....be prepared to reinstall programs and
back up your data first*******
