undeliverable mail

I am having undeliverable emails. I know these accounts
are good, so why are they coming back to me?

473 (e-mail address removed) relaying prohibited. You

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, thresa asked:

How do I do that? I am using Exchange 5.5 and Outlook 2K.
