Turn the PC off !. As long as no new data is committed to the disk
the chances of recovery are higher. You're going to need a bootable
Disk Management program to do partition recovery. I use Acronis
Disk Director. However this a fee based application. What you do
want to keep in mind is to not end up trying multiple applications. As
it stands now you've got a reasonable chance of recovery. You can
do a web search for Partition Recovery and you'll find a number of
choices. Many offer a free trial. But those usually only indicate what
if any partitions CAN be recovered. You'll have to pay to get that
functionality.

If you do manage to undo the damage, immediately make backups
or preferably an image of those partitions to permanent optical disks.

Since you deleted your partitions, there is no risk of you overwriting the
data that was there before. The data is in an area that is currently
inaccessible. This is the good news!

You now need a partition undelete program. I have used Acronis Recovery
Expert successfully. There are also several freeware programs. Check Google
for keywords such as "undelete partition".

By the way, would this be a good time to review your backup philosophy? Next
time your hard disk might crash or your file system might get corrupted.

Paragon Hard Disk Manager Suite 2008 will 'undelete' partitions. I've used
it on the odd occasion and found it useful. Unfortunately, it is not
freeware.

The deleted partitions will not be overwritten
with any data: Other partitions are still as they
were and in their same locations on the disk. One
could not write to the deleted partitions without
specialized software designed to do so, and it
would take more than an accidental or anecdotal
attempt to do so. Do not fear overwriting any
data in the deleted partitions; you can't without
jumping through hoops.

The major error the OP made is not having a backup
available. This should be considered as a kick in
the pants lesson to learn and implement a backup
strategy.

There are both pay-for and freebie programs to
undelete partitions. I've never used one so
cannot recommend one. Watch out for malware!
