unclear time display

Windows clock is showing up in the tray, but I find the font very tiny and
I'm having problems reading it.
I have been looking under configuration, but can't find any options to
change font size or to make it bold.
Analog clock display would be even better.
I suppose Windows XP doesn't natively support other clock display?

You can adjust the character size with TrayClock from
http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file/fid,6122-order,1-page,1-c,alldownloads/description.html,
and set lots of other things too. It's free.
