Unble to install Hydravision

I've used the same Radeon 9200SE card in another computer of mine and
had no problem whatsoever. I had two flat panel displays attached in a
dual display mode.

Now I took this card out and installed it into another computer with
the similar setup (WindowsXP +SP2, 1.4GH Athlon, 785MB RAM, two 5 GB
hard dirves. One flat panel and once CRT are attached to the graphic
card.

The only problem I currently have is my power supply unit. The 3.5V
channel is somewhat erratic although it is within 15% tolerance.

I've installed the new version of Hydravision from the ATI site.
Hydravision does not load automatically on start-up.

I am not able to enable the second display. What could be wrong?

Perhaps, I did not make my points clear.

The crux of the matter is that I don't get dual monitor support.
I get the identical display on two monitors. Namely, I don't get #1
and #2 independent displays.

I decided to get rid of all traces of drivers and files related to
other graphic cards I had used before and to re-install ATI drivers
and Hydravision. It seemed to have solved my problem.
