Unauthorized program access to outlook.

How do i find and remove which program keeps asking for permission to access
outlook? When I try to send a New, Reply or Forward to an email, I get a
window which states:
"A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook.
Do you want to allow this?" I can Allow or Deny the request. I always deny
access but it keeps popping up. I have used McAfee Antivirus, Search &
Destroy and Stinger to find the little bugger but alas, I have not. I
received an automated NAV administrator response from an address I don't know
and did not knowingly email. It stated that my email was infected with the
"W32.Netsky@mm" virus. I downloaded the fixtool from Symantec and found
nothing.

Version/mode/SP level of Outlook? (help | about). Also, what add-ins are you
using? Are you using Word as email editor?

If you got a bounce message stating you sent someone a virus, it's likely
not due to anything you sent at all. Viruses spoof senders all the time (so
do spammers), so the innocent bystander gets the bounce/notification
message.
