Unattended install questions (networking & floppy's

I've got several clean systems with nothing on them, or for example damaged XP clients etc. etc

My question, i need a boot disk, which gives me connectivity to the server... and it's shares

My second question, i've created unattend.txt and unattend.bat copied them to a floppy... and then i want to install WinXP pro via CD... How can i manage to let the winxp install use the answer file on the floppy?? because i can't create a bootflop with the unattend.bat on it and then try to install WinXP, that doesn't work at al

Please could anyone one help me...
