Unable to view the contents of a zipped file using Zipfldr.dll

I think there might be a bug with the Zipfldr.dll. Most of
the time, for most of the zipped files, I am able to view
the contents of the zipped files as compressed folders.
But there is this particular zipped file that I am unable
to view the contents but when I use Winzip 8.1 SR-1 (5266)
to open the file, I am able to view the contents of that
particular zipped file.

Therefore either there is a bug with the Zipfldr.dll or
that particular zipped file was compressed with a
irregular compression algorithm that is acceptable to
Winzip 8.1 SR-1 (5266) but not to Zipfldr.dll.
