Unable to view resource calendars

We use the auto accept to manage our resource calendars (conference
rooms) on our Exchange server. We can successfully view availability
and book the resources from our own calendar, i.e. booking a meeting.
We cannot, however, click on File-Open-Other Users Folders and view
the resource's calendar. The permissions are set correctly. Our
Exchange server did crash about a week and a half ago. Can anyone tell
me what may have happened to cause this and how to fix it? Many

when you are booking the meeting and you click on the
scheduling tab and pick the room as a resource, can you
not see the rooms calendar there? what version of office
are you using? and all users have permission on the
resources calendar to view right?
