Unable to view camera images

when trying to download camera images, widows picture
viewer does not preview pictures and system locks,even if
I right click on existing images on pc it locks. emails
that i have received the images cannot be viewed (just
crosses) similar to viewing a file off line. please
help !!!

Usually due to:
1. Need to update the driver of your video (graphic) display card. Find the
manufacturer and model number of the card and go to the Internet site of the
manufacturer. Download and install the latest driver (firmware) for the
card.
2. Not enough RAM memory on your computer to view large graphics files. If
you are on XP with less than 256 MB of RAM memory this can be the problem.
3, Not being able to view image on-line may be due to your internet
settings. Click on Tools on the top bar of IE6 and click on Internet
Options. Click on the Advance tab and scroll down and check the box "Show
Pictures".
