Unable to use "Print Picture..." in image toolbar

All Computers on the domain are unable to print a picutre directly from
internet explorer using the "print picture..." selection in the image
toolbar. After the selection is made, nothing happens.

All machine on the network are running windows xp sp2. A WSUS server is
servicing these machines and all computers are up to date with all windows
updates.

Ideas?

You don't mention if you are getting any error messages, but, try the
following and see if it helps:

Go to Tools>Internet Options>Advanced>under the Printing section, check the
box next to Print Background colors and images

Internet Explorer Cannot Print Large Images

Print preview is blank and you cannot print pages from Internet Explorer
