Unable to Upgrade with Ser Pack SP1 & 2

Service Packs 1 & 2 for IE 6.0 will not complete the installation process.
I currently have the IE Version 5.50.4134.0100,
Cipher strength: 128 Bit (upgrage Information),
Product ID: 55736-544-794666-04755,
Upgrade version: Q891781, Q903235.
NOWHERE can I locate A place TO download an UPGRADE from IE 5.50 to the IE
6.0 or FIND A place to get the IE 6.0 either in a download or a cdrom to
install.
Can any one HELP with this problem?
I use Instant Messenger programs as oakhilljim@ msn, and aol, and yahoo
via email with the same screen name at the same sites + others.

There is no IE 6 SP2 (there is IE 6 for Windows XP SP2 but it's not called
"IE 6 SP2").

If you want IE 6 SP1, get it here:

or from Microsoft Update.
