Unable to suvcessfully open outlook

I cannot open Outlook sucessfully. Everytime I try to open it a dialog box
opens with the following content:

"Unable to open default email folders. the file C'\document settings\George
Bustilloz\local settings\application data\outlook\outlook.ost is not an
offline folder file."

How can I fix thisthis?

Try renaming that file out of the way. Are you using an Exchange account?
