'Unable to submit scans"

When I try and send a report of suspected spyware, it
does the scan but when I try to send it to MS I get an
error message that says Unable to submit scan. Check
proxy settings?

I get exactly the same - thought it might be the

firewall (Norton 2005) but turning that off did not solve
it either so I did not find a way to send a report which
cannot help in improving the product (especially in Beta
stage)!!!
