Unable to set the PrintQuality property of the PageSetup class.

We are developing a VB6 application on XP using Excel 2000
to create multiple Excel spreadsheets. When I try to
install this application on an NT4 box with Excel 2000, I
get the following error.

Unable to set the PrintQuality property of the PageSetup
class.

US;213516

When I look at MS support, the link I find says to install
a printer. The server does have a printer installed. I
can load Excel manually on the server and see the page
properties page. Anyone have any suggestions?

Follow-up to this. In the event log, I see that
MsiInstaller is getting a couple warnings (see below)
before my error below happens. I've logged into the
server as the userID our application uses. I launched
Excel and setup the userID that it prompts for when you
launch Excel for the first time. I then got it to work
once. Now it's not working again. Is there some way to
bypass these things programically? I mean if we setup a
server and install MS Office, do we always have to go into
office to configure it before we are allowed to develop
with it? Any help is appreciated.
