Unable to 'Send to Bluetooth'

Hey,
I am a big outlook user and in recent times have sent my calendar
appointments to my Sony k750i mobile phone via bluetooth using File>Send to
Bluetooth, and then saving the appointment on my phone. However for some
unknown reason, I am unable to select 'Send to Bluetooth' from the File menu
although it is not 'greyed out' as you would expect it to be if that option
were not available - it simply won't allow my to select it. My bluetooth
adapter is functioning fine.

Any ideas?

Where does this "File->Send To->Bluetooth" come from? What version of
Outlook?
