I have no idea how to interpret a log file into anything
actionable...here is the text of the latest error.
Never include real addresses when posting to a newsgroup. You sould have
edited the log to mask them.
Here's the start of a send/receive:
2008.01.04 20:53:31 POP3 (mail.btinternet.com): Begin execution
2008.01.04 20:53:31 POP3 (mail.btinternet.com): Connected to host
2008.01.04 20:53:31 POP3 (mail.btinternet.com): <rx> +OK hello from popgate
on pop805.mail.ird.yahoo.com 2.38.1
Here's the first SMTP session:

2008.01.04 20:57:34 SMTP (mail.btinternet.com): Connected to host

2008.01.04 20:57:35 SMTP (mail.btinternet.com): <rx> 354 go ahead
And immediately after this (four minutes after the last send/receive) is the
start of a new send/receive:
2008.01.04 20:57:41 POP3 (mail.btinternet.com): Begin execution
2008.01.04 20:57:41 POP3 (mail.btinternet.com): Connecting to host
2008.01.04 20:57:47 POP3 (mail.btinternet.com): Connected to host
2008.01.04 20:57:56 POP3 (mail.btinternet.com): <rx> +OK hello from popgate
on pop807.mail.ird.yahoo.com 2.38.1
This indicates to me that your send/receive interval is too small and
Outlook never gets a chance to finish the send before a new send is started.
I asked you before what it was and you never posted the answer. Try
disabling your automatic send/receive and perform one manually. See if the
message goes through. As VanguardLH already said, make sure you are NOT
scanning outgoing messages with an antivirus scanner.
