Unable to select "Send to" in FrontPage Form Properties

When I creat a form, I select 'Form Properties' and try to click on "Send to"
so that I can specify an EMAIL address where the form should be sent to.
However, FrontPage will not allow me to select this option. The "Send to
other" field is checked and it will not allow me to select either of the
other two options.

What can I do? I would be willing to change the underlying HTML if someone
could tell me exactly what change I need to make.

If Send To Other is checked, then you have enter a path / page that uses ASP, ASP. net, PHP to
process the form, then in the script you would set where you want to the form data to be email to.

Hi Thomas

I understand that. Currently "Send to Other" is checked. What I want is
"Send to" to be checked instead. However, FrontPage won't allow me to change
this. If I click on the "Send To" option to select it, nothing happens.

Make sure the you have the FP authoring options set up to use the FP extensions.
