unable to retrieve "Welcome Screen + Fast User Switching"

Hi, i have the following problem that i cannot retrieve
the customizing of multiple profiles at the login screen
to Windows XP. When i want to customize the profiles, i
get the message
"Client Services for Netware has disabled the Welcome
Screen and Fast User Switching. To restore these features,
you must uninstall Client Services for Netware."
But the problem is, i do not find any Netware program or
Client Services for Netware program installed that i can
remove.

A. CSNW provides an NT workstation with basic file and printer connectivity
to Netware. It supports both Bindery and NDS.

To uninstall Client Service for NetWare
[[Open Network Connections.
Right-click the local area connection for which you want to remove Client
Service for NetWare, and then click Properties.
On the General tab, click Uninstall.

To open Network Connections, click Start, point to Settings, click Control
Panel, and then double-click Network Connections.
When you install Client Service for NetWare, it is installed for all
connections. If you do not want Client Service for NetWare installed for a
certain connection, view the properties for that connection and then clear
