Unable to repaire WMI on Windows Server 2003

Hi,
Since yesterday my WMI configuration is corrupted. I have already tried to
reinstall, reinitialize the WMI repository, but no avail.
Every time when WMI is accessed, I get a new line in the wbemprox.log file:
" ....ConnectViaDCOM, CoCreateInstanceEx resulted in hr = 0x8004100a"

My wbemprox.log file is full with this messages.

The MS documentation says:
WBEM_E_CRITICAL_ERROR
0x8004100A
Internal, critical, and unexpected error occurred. Report the error to
Microsoft Technical Support.

Anybody can help me, please?

If you have already tried the restarting the service and rebuilding the
repository, you may have to do an in-place reinstall of Windows.
