Unable to register for Visual Basic .NET Resource kit license key

I am unable to register for Visual Basic .NET Resource kit license key-I
have tried both signup links but I get this error-even after I try
registering again after a while-what can I do to register for my Visual
Basic .NET Resource kit license key?:

'Error
An error has occurred in the application. Please wait awhile and submit your
request again later.'
