In this case it was an entire folder that holds email with attachments. The
user can choose the deleted folder, but get the above error when they try to
recover it. They also claim they didn’t get the pop-up message warning them
they are about to delete an entire folder. As an administrator have opened
their mailbox as an additional mailbox and couldn’t undelete it either.
