unable to receive or send mail

I am on cable,however a Identity Import page pops up. You have 3 options.
Import Identities; Import Identities from a different Windows account; Delete
Identites. I forgot to say this is Vista.
I have been receiving mail just by opening Windows Mail. Help!!

Windows Mail doesn't support identities, even though it allows you to import
them. How are you starting it that makes such a problem happen?

The screen you are talking about can only be reached by clicking
on File, Identities. What are you doing to cause this screen to
come up?
