Unable to receive certain e-mails --- no problems only 2 weeks ago

I have been unable to receive certain emails within the past two weeks. I
know that they are 'out there', but where? I was physically on the phone
with the sender when she sent them. I had no problems receiving them from
this person only two weeks ago. I have received e-mails from certain other
people during this time period, though, but am unable to receive them from
her/others. I have not changed any settings and have downloaded all Office
updates. Any ideas?

Nope, any real information, like Outlook version, commonalities in the email
you can't receive, patch level of Office/Outlook?
