Unable to print e-mail from Outlook 2003

I have a machine that cannot print e-mails. It is running Office 2003 on XP
Pro. When we try to print from the e-mail window, nothing happens...no
error, just nothing. If we try to print by highlighting it in the inbox and
selecting print from the file menu we get a message that says "The messaging
interface has returned an unknown error."

Does anyone have any clues as to what might be the case. I have numerous
other PCs configured with the same applications and they do not experience
this problem.

- Try disabling the TaskPad from the print output (File -> Print -> Page
Setup -> Uncheck TaskPad in the Options section)
