unable to open your default folders

I am using windows 7 and I can not access my Outlook 2003 I get the error
message of unable to open your default folders The information store cannot
be opened. I have tried the repair ideas on this site, but the most recent
one is dated 2007. Are there any newer solutions, I need help can someone
please help me?
