Unable to open Outlook

Lou

When trying to open Outlook to read mail I get a Message that states "Cannot
start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window. The set
of folders could not be opened. The server is not available. Contact your
administrator if this condition persists."
I am running Office 2003 in Vista. This problem just started today. It has
been working ever since I installed Vista if Feburary. The only thing that I
did today was to try to set up a task in the task scheduler to start
Outlook. The message appeared after I set up the task. This monrning Outlook
was working.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Have you tried using Office Diagnostics from Control Panel->add/remove->microsoft office->change?

Removing Outlook from the task scheduler did not help. I still got the same
message. I finally just reinstalled Outlook and everything worked out,
Outlook runs just like it did before.
Thanks for your reply.

What happens if you remove that setup from Task. Does Outlook open?
