Unable to open default folders

Windows XP Service Pack 2. Outlook 2003. Exchange Server 2003.

Was working, network went down, not working now that network back up.

Deleted profile. Uninstalled Outlook. I can access the account via
Outlook Web Access so I know the account is valid.

I can resolve the exchange server name and mail box in the mail control
panel setting up the profile. All mail is stored on the server itself so
there are no local files.

This is the 2nd machine I've had this happen too.

Any chance the delivery location was set to Personal Folders instead of
Mailbox?
