Unable to move contacts folder back to the root user folder

I have a user that "accidently" moved his default contacts folder to the
calendar folder. After just trying to move it back, I get a message that
says "Can't move the items. Special folders, including the Inbox, Contacts,
Calendar, Notes, Tasks, and Journal folder, cannot be moved."

I tried copying to the parent, it works, then deleting the original moved
folder, and I get told that "Contacts" is a special folder. Special folders
cannot be deleted.

Any suggestions here?

Start Outlook once with the /resetfolders command line switch.
