Unable to map network drives via VPN

Hi,

We are setting up VPN and the only problem we have to resolve is
mapping network drives. We have created a connectoid using CMAK. When a
user connects the connectoid adds entries to the routing table, assigns
a dns suffix to the connection, default gateway etc etc. When I connect
I can ping servers via ip address and host name without a problem. I
can setup outlook to connect to our exchange server and there is no
problem resolving the server name and downloading, send and recieve
email. Basically everything works except mapping network drives. I have
turned off both my personal firewall and windows firewall but that
makes no differance. Can anyone help me?

Many Thanks
Chris

Chris did you find a resolution? I have the same issue using a Netgear VPN
Router and Netgear VPN Client software. I can access the internal website on
a SBS2003 by server name or IP address, can ping the server by name or IP but
cannot connect to network shares--errors claiming the domain server cannot be
found to authenticate after asking for credentials.
