Unable to logon-Account has been blocked

Hi -
My friend is running a computer with Windows 2000 Pro.
She typed in several mistakes on her Windows logon screen
and now gets the message: "unable to logn because account
has been blocked. Contact your system administrator."
Well, she doesn't have a system administrator. It's just
her. I searched the knowledge base but did not find any
hits.

She will need to login using the Administrator account, open up the control
panel, open up Administrative tools, then Computer Management, double click
on users, then renenable the account
