Unable to join domain

Hi,

I am unable to join my W2K server to another W2K Domain
Controller. The error I get is "The network path was not
found" after keying in the Administrator and password
details. I have the IP address of the Domain Controller
already registered in my local server's DNS and WINS entry.

Please suggest what went wrong in my setup?

the only explanation would be, that your DNS nameresolution is not working.
Can you post your ipconfig /all frm our server ? use nslookup to verify
nameresolution (srv records).

Check the Netsetup.log from the client and see what errors are being
logged.

If it seems not to be able to find the other domain, then it's still
probably a DNS issue.
