Unable to install TFS + SP1 in Windows Server 2008 + SQL 2008

Scenario: Windows Server 2008 + SQL Server 2008, need to deploy TFS 2008 with
WSS 3.0

Per instructions I created the Integrated Package but I'm unable to install
with error 'Service name MSSQL$ProjectServer is unable to start". I checked
all services related to SQL and IIS and everything looks ok.

Any help will be very much appreciated.
