unable to install game final fantasy XI online

I had experienced this error when i try to install this game (FINAL FANTASY XI ONLINE) it was running the installshield wizard then thats a error comes up saying ( Error 1311.Source file not found: D:\Data.cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it) retry or cancel........so i retry but still not working, so finally i go for the cancel, then another box comes up saying (Feature transfer error, Error: -1603 Fatal error during installation. Consult Windows Installer Help (Msi.chm) or MSDN for more information.) and after that i was forced to quit the installion wizard, my friend had sucessfully install this game in his computer, so i don't think theres any problem about the CDs, PLZ HELP.......millions & millionsTHZ.........>_

Hello Eddie,

I am sorry to hear that you are encountering problems with installing Final
Fantasy. This does sound like a software installed error. Is the D: drive
your CD ROM that you are attempting install the software from?

I attempted to find some solutions on Squares-Enix's site, but the only
think I can currently find is a support line for Final Fantasy XI.

"For FINAL FANTASY XI for Windows technical support, call 858-790-7529. "

I will continue to investigate to see if I can find any solutions for
operating system issues. Are you experiencing any difficulty installing any
other software to your system?
