"Unable to expland the folder..." error message

In Outlook 2003, I created a PST file to use on my second computer that has
Outllok 2002. I am quite sure that I did this correctly, following the
Microsoft instructions. However, when I try to open the Outlook 2002, I get
this message:
"Unable to explant the folder. The set of folders could not be opened.
File access is denied. You do not have the permission required to access the
file RJforOutlook2002.pst (that is the name I gave the file)."

What have I done wrong here? I will appreciate advice.

When you created the pst file did you specify that the format should be for
97 - 2002 and did you copy the file to a pst to transfer it.

You need to copy the file from the CD to the hard drive and then go into it
properties and remove the Read Only check. Also instead of importing the pst
into the target you may want to consider using the File || Open || Outlook
Datafile (Personal Folder File) and then use drag and drop, the reason for
this is that importing/exporting can cause data corruption.
