Unable to drag and drop

I am unable to drag & drop anything within windows
explorer. I can Cut & paste, within Outlook I am able to
right click and move to another folder (but no drag &
drop)

Did you troubleshoot your mouse? Don't KILL it!

Start/ControlPanel/Printers and Other
Hardware/Mouse/Hardware tab/troubleshoot
You can also check My Documents/highlight any file in
right column and see if Move and Copy are listed on the
left under folder tasks.
