unable to display web page

sometime, xp unable to display web page, reboot pc, everything is ok. at that
time, can ping destination address,but no content display.
can display internal web page,try another explore software, same result.
is there anyone encount same problem?
thanks for help.

It sounds like you are not getting proper DNS. Contact your ISP for the
correct settings and troubleshooting. Of course, you must also be sure
that your system is 100% virus and spyware-free. Have you scanned with
your antivirus and spyware removal tools?
