Unable to deselect "Start each item on a new page"

When trying to print multiple items from within Outlook 2003, I am unable to
deselect the check box next to "Start each item on a new page." I am
currently trying to print out over 100 notes, so it forces each note to start
on a new page and each page to print independently of the others. Every page
is listed as 'Page 1' at the bottom. However, when click on print preview, I
can see the printout in the style I like, but it does not work that way when
the document actually prints. Any suggestions?

it's a bug in outlook. Some printing bugs are getting fixed in sp2, I don't
recall if this is one of them.

If you haven't already fixed this, change your default email format from
HTML to Rich text. This should make the checkbox to "start..." enabled.
