unable to delete pdf in temp internet files

There is a pdf file that I can't delete. I downloaded
and viewed that pdf file with no problem. If I open it
from the temp internet files folder, I get the warning
about opening system files.

Try rebooting and then deleting it or booting to DOS and deleting it from
there.
