Unable to delete or rename a custom form

I am trying to delete (or even rename) a custom form I saved in the Organizational Forms Library using Outlook 2003. (I am a sys admin, btw.) Right-clicking on the form does not result in a context menu and there is no File/delete option. I looked in ESM under Public Folders / System Folders / EFORMS REGISTRY but no form objects are listed. TechNet has no information on the issue.

Is programming required to accomplish what I need to do? If so, I would be very grateful if someone would supply a coding example.
